Warranty conditions:
 
1.This warranty is valid for ONE year from the date of purchase and carry-in maintenance service provided in Hong Kong SAR 
(Will not accepted by mail to collect maintence machine)
 
2.The warranty will be treated as void or charges will be made if:
 
Ⅰ.The Purchase invoice or the maintenance card are lost.(The copy will not be accepted)
Ⅱ.The product is physically damaged. The plastic tray inside the hardware is included.
Ⅲ.The product serial number or protect label has been altered, defaced or removed.
Ⅳ.The product is damaged by input of improper voltage, misuse and incorrect installation.
Ⅴ.If the driver firmware version of the product has been altered, upgraded or downgraded.
Ⅵ.Any defective part which has replaced, our company has the right to charges the maintenance cost.
Ⅶ.Maintenance time limit regards progress of factory as the standard, the customer, can't have any objection.
 
3.Maintenance of only the host, not including the mirror , housing, headset, USBcable remote control , charger, etc
 
4.This warranty is valid only for product repair. Replacement or upgrade product is not applicable.
